C. Third-Party Sign-In

You may register or log in using a third-party account (e.g., Google). If you do, we receive information from that provider as permitted by your settings there. You are responsible for reviewing that provider’s privacy policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only in the following circumstances:

Payment Processors

We use third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processors to handle subscription billing. They receive the payment data necessary to complete transactions and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.

Service Providers

We engage vendors for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements and may only use it for the purpose of providing services to us.

Analytics & Advertising Partners

We may work with advertising and analytics vendors who collect data about your use of our Services. If you wish to opt out of interest-based advertising, email us at privacy@redshiftnetworks.com. You may still see generic (non-targeted) ads.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of RedShift, our users, or others.

Business Transfers

If RedShift is acquired, merges with another company, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a notice on our website before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

With Your Consent

We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including for as long as your account is active, and as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting obligations).

When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If immediate deletion is not possible (e.g., data in backup archives), we will isolate the data until deletion is practicable.

Subscription billing records may be retained for up to seven (7) years to comply with financial regulations.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a significant risk to your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law, within 72 hours where mandated.
